NSB Bangalore organized an insightful Workshop on Transactional Analysis for MBA Semester I students of Sections C & D on February 11, 2025

The session was led by Mr. R N Elangovan, a retired Group Manager (L&D) at Titan Company Ltd., Hosur and a Certified Psychological Professional specializing in MBTI, FIRO-B, Thomas Profiling and NLP.

The session delved into the intricacies of Transactional Analysis, helping students understand human behavior, communication patterns and interpersonal dynamics.
