Our MBA HR specialization students recently had an enriching educational trip to Ooty, Tamil Nadu

The trip included a visit to the Ooty Tea and Chocolate Manufacturing unit on 29th February 2024, providing valuable insights into the industry's production processes and HR practices. This visit offered students a firsthand perspective on how HR principles are applied in a real-world manufacturing setting.

Furthermore, the students participated in an outbound leadership training program on 1st March 2024. This program focused on developing essential leadership skills such as teamwork, communication and problem-solving, all of which are crucial for success in the HR domain.

Overall, this industrial visit and leadership training program provided a well-rounded learning experience for our students, equipping them with valuable knowledge and practical skills that will benefit them in their future careers.
