Students are given the opportunity to learn through experiential learning based trust-building and problem-solving activities. They are also encouraged to participate in adventure activities like rappelling, rock climbing, rafting, and river crossing. This adventure learning methodology helps the students participate in activities with perceived risks, which in turn would enhance their risk-taking abilities, which is an essential trait highly in demand in the current business world. - Global Mind Set Trail
A 10-day orientation program to Europe is planned usually during the first semester, which provides the students with the opportunity of gaining international exposure. The program lets the students meet business and government officials abroad, visit multinational companies, factories, ports, and also manufacturing facilities. In addition, the students get to experience local customs, business practices, and also cultural differences. This helps them get an international perspective. - Exchange Program
As part of the international partnerships NSB has with foreign universities, students as well as faculty from NSB get the opportunity to travel abroad and attend one full semester in the campus of the partner university.
