About the Seminar
The National Seminar on Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) at NSB Academy seeks to bridge timeless wisdom with modern management practices. Drawing from ancient epics such as the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Arthashastra, the seminar will delve into leadership philosophies, workplace spirituality, self-mastery, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and value-driven decision-making.
This seminar will provide a platform for scholars, practitioners, faculty, and students to engage in reflective discussions on how principles of Dharma, Karma, and Nishkama Karma can inspire ethical and sustainable leadership in today’s organizations.
