The cell is formed to empower women, enhance their understanding of women's issues, make the surrounding a safe place for women, and address the practical issues related to the welfare of Women faculty, staff, and students. The cell exposes girls to awareness camps like healt h , legal , entrepreneurship, self-defence techniques, etc. The cell also offers them a platform to share their experiences and views concerning their status in society and guide them on improving and empowering themselves.
