General Instructions

  • Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original and unpublished work.
  • The manuscript should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Authors must ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism and unethical research practices. Similarity index should preferably be below 10% in accordance with UGC guidelines.
  • Manuscripts should be thoroughly spell-checked and grammar-checked before submission.
  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of data, references, tables, figures, and interpretations used in the manuscript.
  • The journal follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process.
  • Manuscripts not falling within the scope of the journal may be rejected without review.
  • The maximum number of authors per manuscript should preferably not exceed four.

2. Structure of the Manuscript

Authors are encouraged to organize the manuscript in the following sequence:

  1. Title of the Paper
  2. Author(s) Name and Affiliation
  3. Abstract
  4. Keywords
  5. Introduction
  6. Review of Literature
  7. Objectives of the Study
  8. Research Methodology
  9. Analysis and Interpretation
  10. Findings and Discussion
  11. Conclusion
  12. References

The structure may vary slightly depending on the nature of the manuscript however, clarity, coherence, and academic rigor must be maintained throughout.

3. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should provide a concise summary of the manuscript, including the purpose or objectives of the study, research methodology, key findings, and major conclusions or implications. The abstract should be between 150–250 words. Authors should also provide 5–6 relevant keywords representing the major themes of the manuscript.

4. Title and Author Details

The title should not exceed 15 words.

Author Information — The following details must be provided for each author:

  • Full Name
  • Institutional Affiliation
  • Designation
  • Department
  • Official Email ID
  • ORCID ID (if available)

Corresponding Author — One author must be identified as the Corresponding Author using an asterisk (*). Complete communication details, including institutional affiliation and email address, should be provided.

Number of Authors — The maximum number of authors per manuscript should preferably not exceed four.

5. Tables, Figures, and Charts
  • Tables, figures, graphs, and charts should be clearly presented and numbered consecutively.
  • Each table or figure must include an appropriate title/caption.
  • Tables and figures should be placed close to the relevant discussion within the manuscript.
  • Images and graphical content should be of high resolution and clearly readable.
  • Sources must be acknowledged wherever applicable.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for copyrighted material used in the manuscript.
6. Citation and Referencing

The journal follows the APA 7th Edition referencing style. Authors must ensure:

  • Proper and consistent in-text citations
  • Accurate and complete references
  • Consistency between in-text citations and reference list entries
  • Inclusion of DOI links wherever available

Important Notes:

  • Every source cited in the text must appear in the reference list.
  • References should be arranged alphabetically by the surname of the first author.
  • Authors are advised to use reference management software wherever possible to ensure accuracy.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance.

Review Procedure
  1. Initial screening is conducted by the Editorial Board.
  2. Suitable manuscripts are forwarded to subject experts for review.
  3. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodology, clarity, relevance, and contribution to knowledge.
  4. Reviewer comments and suggestions will be communicated to the corresponding author.
  5. Authors may be requested to revise and resubmit the manuscript based on reviewer recommendations.
Final Decision

The Editorial Board reserves the right to:

  • Accept the manuscript
  • Request revisions
  • Reject the manuscript

The review process generally takes approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and the subject area.

Plagiarism and Publication Ethics

The journal strictly adheres to ethical publication standards and academic integrity. The following practices are *strictly prohibited*::

  • Plagiarism
  • Data fabrication or falsification
  • Duplicate publication
  • Simultaneous submission
  • Improper authorship attribution
  • Manipulation of citations
*Plagiarism and Similarity Requirement:*

All submitted manuscripts must be original and properly cited. The *overall similarity/plagiarism score must be less than 10%* at the time of submission. Authors are responsible for checking their manuscripts for plagiarism and ensuring that all sources are appropriately acknowledged before submission.

Any manuscript found violating ethical standards will be rejected immediately. In serious cases, the Editorial Board may prohibit future submissions from the concerned author(s).

Authors are strongly encouraged to verify the originality of their manuscripts and ensure proper citation before submission.

Use of AI Tools: Authors may use AI tools to assist with language, editing, or formatting; however, authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and final content of their manuscript.
