T. R. Narayana Murthy, Professor of Practice & Head-Industry Interface and Partnership at NSB Bangalore, possesses extensive industry and academic experience spanning over four decades.

He previously served as Country Head of HR at CPF India Private Limited, a Thai Multinational Corporation (MNC), where he spearheaded country-level HR operations. His professional background also includes leadership roles with organizations such as The Mysore Kirloskar, Godrej Industries and The West Coast Paper Mills, among others.

In his capacity as a Strategic HR consultant, provided support to organizations such as SHELL-MRPL, the unicorn start-ups Udaan and Meesho, and various entities within the manufacturing sector. His contributions have included assisting companies like Puravankara and L&T in both national and international critical Talent Acquisition and Leadership onboarding initiatives.

TRNM holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PG-DBA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and Management (PG-DIRM). He has also obtained certifications from IIM Indore in Organizational Development, Learning and Development (L&D) and Strategic Thinking.
