Prof. N. Ravi Shankar is a passionate academician, researcher, and educational administrator with more than 13 years of experience in higher education. He holds MBA, M.Com., and MSW and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Management from Bangalore University. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor at NSB and has previously served as Principal of Spurthy College of Science & Management Studies, Bengaluru.

He has extensive experience in teaching Management, Commerce, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Research Methods, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Finance-related subjects. He has also served as a Board of Examiners (BOE) member, University question paper setter, project evaluator, ACCA and CMA coordinator, and ISO Internal Auditor.

He is a life member and active member of several professional bodies, including the Indian Academic Research Association (IARA), Indian Accounting Association (IAA), International Association of Commerce & Management (IACM), International Association of Educators & Corporate Trainers and NHRD.

He has presented and published research papers in national and international conferences and journals and has served as a reviewer and editor for academic publications. He has received several prestigious recognitions, including the Best Educator Award, Best Management Guru Award, Best Professor Award, Inspiring Educator Award, and Pillars of India Award. He has also received appreciation from the Ministry of Education and SWAYAM (NPTEL) for his contributions to education and mentoring.

Prof. Ravi Shankar is a recipient of the Indian Book of Records recognition for writing 108 poems in the Telugu language. He was also a trainer in the world-record training program “SHINE,” which trained one lakh youth in a single day, demonstrating his commitment to leadership development and youth empowerment.

His research interests include Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Retention, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Digital Transformation, Leadership Development and Higher Education Management. He is committed to creating future leaders through quality education, research excellence, and innovative academic practices.
