Prof. Raamkhumar, an Assistant Professor at NSB Academy, holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Marketing from VIT University. He is currently pursuing his PhD at VIT University, focusing on workplace spirituality, psychological capital, personality traits and workplace stress.

As an educator and researcher, He has made significant contributions to the academic community. His research explores the intersections of organizational behavior and human resource management, delving into critical aspects such as workplace stress and spirituality. He has published several research articles in Scopus-indexed journals, showcasing his expertise in these areas, and has contributed to book chapters that further highlight his academic prowess. His research achievements earned him the prestigious Raman Research Award from VIT University for his publications in high-impact journals.

Prof. Raamkhumar has honed his skills in academic writing, teaching, and mentoring through extensive experience in both academic and corporate environments. He served as an Assistant Professor at St. Xavier's College, Bangalore. In addition to his academic career, he has corporate experience in the pharmaceutical and real estate industries, having held management positions at firms such as Ashiana Housing Limited and Shriram Properties. His diverse background equips him with a unique perspective on organizational behavior and human resource management, blending practical corporate insights with academic rigor.
