Leadership, we believe, is not taught in classrooms alone. It is discovered in silence, tested in challenge and shaped in reflection. With that conviction, NSB Bangalore is proud to announce the launch of the NSB Leadership Camp — a permanent, purpose-built facility at Ravugodlu, Bengaluru.
Set away from the noise of city, syllabus and screen, the camp is designed to hold a group of young leaders long enough for something to shift. A dedicated training hall anchors the day's work. A camping site turns the first night away from a familiar bed into the first step toward a familiar self. A walking track loops the perimeter for the kind of thinking that doesn't happen at a desk. And a bonfire pit becomes a classroom after dark, where the day's arguments soften and the real conversations begin.
Every cohort will move through an intentional two-day rhythm — yoga at first light, leadership practicum through the morning, management games in the afternoon, and star gazing to close. Along the way, students engage with life skill training in communication, conflict, and decision-making under pressure — the skills MBA syllabi assume you already have, taught here on ground, in real time.
