Dr. Sreeja is an enthusiastic academician who has 16 years of experience and was associated with various institutions approved by AICTE/ UGC. She possesses an MBA degree along with an M.Phil. Degree in Management and holds a PhD from Visvesvarayya Technological University, Belagavi.

With a specialization in Human Resource Management, her areas of interest include Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She holds a solid research history with publications in international, national, and Scopus-indexed journals.

She has been a part of multiple FDP programmes and presented papers at various conferences.
