About NSB

Dr. Sridharamurthy is the Founder President of NSB and has over 25 years of entrepreneurial, administrative, consulting, teaching and research experience. He is also a member of the Board of Studies at Bangalore University (Management Studies). He is an Alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and executive alumnus of IIM Indore. He specializes in International Business, Cross-cultural Management & Corporate Strategy.

Dr. Sridhara holds PhD in Management from VIT University and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA. He has completed Advanced Management Program from Indian Institute of Management (Indore) and FDP in General Management from Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad).

His work experience spans across Government, Corporate Sector, Consultancy and Higher Education. He is currently a Regional Advisory Council Member of Soy Excellence Centre (India), Member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN) and Education Promotion Society of India (EPSI).

He has served as the consultant for American Soy Association (USA) and ESC-Pau (France) and was the Director for Educare Consultancy Services and Jaika Ventures Hospitality Private Limited.

Dr. Sridhara has extensive national and international teaching experience across many B-Schools. He has taught and delivered lectures at various global business schools such as Ohio University MBA Program, ESC-Pau Business School (France), The University of Deusto (Spain), St. Mary’s University College MBA Program (UK).

He has been endowed with many prizes, awards and accolades. While he has been awarded University Gold Medal for outstanding performance in Graduate study, he has won many best management faculty awards across Bschools. He is also the recipient of Shiksha Bharati Puraskar by All India Achievers’ Foundation.
