Dr. Shyam Shukla, a Professor at the NSB Bangalore, has extensive academic experience, including teaching at Linnaeus University, Sweden, and Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. He has also served as Dean of Industry-Institute Interaction at the Central Institute of Business Management Research & Development, Nagpur. A founder of the National HRD Network's Nagpur Chapter and former Chairman of AMMI Nagpur.

Dr. Shukla has authored books on International Business, Innovation and Marketing Management. He has collaborated with numerous organizations across India and abroad, securing grants for research and faculty development programs. Dr. Shukla has also served as President of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IMED) and mentor of e-cell IIT Bombay. Additionally, he is a member of the Decision Sciences Institute (USA) and a faculty member for MOOC courses. Dr. Shukla comes with a rich industry background, he has served for many organizations like Golf Course Delhi, Birla Global Asset Fin Co. Ltd, Professional C&F, Ashok Leyland etc.
