Dr. S. Madhivanan holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from Pondicherry Central University and MBA from Guru Nanak College, Velacherry, Chennai. He has been actively involved in conducting research and publications. His research interests are in the areas of Emotional intelligence and Psychological capital.

Dr. Madhivanan has over 12 years of industry, teaching and research experience. His areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Marketing Management and Quantitative Techniques. He has attended several national level workshops on reasearch methodologies, presented papers in National and International seminars and conferences. He has published several research papers in International Journals.
