Dr. Rajul Bhardwaj is an Associate Professor of HR & Marketing at NSB Academy, bringing over 19 years of higher education experience from a Central-Govt-aided Deemed University alongside 4 years of corporate HR background. His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Marketing (Retailing) and an MBA and UG in computers from Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, complemented by an LL.B. from H.N.B. Garhwal University and an M.A. in Mathematics, cleared All India Bar Examinations as well. His professional and administrative strengths encompass curriculum design, NAAC/NBA/UGC compliance, training and placement leadership, and entrepreneurship development.

Notably, Dr. Bhardwaj successfully served as the Principal Investigator for four consecutive DST-NIMAT Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps sponsored by EDII Ahmedabad (spanning 2012–2016). In addition, he has completed four consultancy projects in collaboration with the Pratham Education Foundation (with documented project completion in November 2016). A prolific writer and researcher, Dr. Bhardwaj has authored 6 books—covering HRM, Organizational Behaviour, Competency Management, and Vedic Management—and has published 40 research articles in Scopus-indexed and peer-reviewed international journals, alongside presenting 30 papers at national and international academic forums.
