Dr. R. K. Prema, Professor of Human Resource and Business Analytics at NSB Bangalore, is a passionate HR professional and visionary academician with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research and training. She has served as a resource person in numerous workshops and faculty development programs, specializing in tools such as R, Python, Power BI, SPSS, AMOS, and VoS Viewer. Her sessions span diverse topics including Business Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, Personality Development and Employability Skills. Academically, she holds a Doctorate in Management (HR) from Anna University, a PG certification in Data Innovation and Business Analytics from IIM Nagpur and is a UGC-NET/JRF awardee. She is also a university rank holder in MBA (HR), with a B.Sc. in Physics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour and Administrative Law.

Dr. Prema has published over 30 research papers in UGC, Scopus, and ABDC-indexed journals, and has presented in 40+ national and international conferences, earning six Best Paper Awards and the Best Faculty Award in 2025. She has delivered more than 15 webinars, key note speaker, contributed to book chapters and case studies, and is actively involved in professional bodies like NHRD, CESS, and NSED. She has also worked on ICSSR-funded projects and ATAL workshops by AICTE. Beyond academia, she is committed to community service through child care initiatives and has served in the NCC.
