Dr. MD. Shams Mukhtar is a promising academician and researcher with over 3 years of experience in the field of Management, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the NSB Bangalore. He holds Ph.D. in Management from the Central University of Tamil Nadu, along with an M.Phil. in Management, an MBA from Patna University, a B.Sc. (Hons.) from Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University and holds a PGDCA. He has qualified UGC-NET in Management and gained research experience as a National Research Fellow at the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad. Additionally, he worked as an Assistant Department Manager at Future Retail Group, Patna.

With a blend of academic knowledge and industry experience, his research interests lie in Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, HRM and Marketing Management. He has presented research papers at prestigious International and National conferences, including IIM Nagpur, IIM Bodhgaya, IIM Jammu, IIT Kharagpur and Central Universities and published multiple papers in ABDC, UGC-listed and Peer reviewed journals with reputed publishers like Sage.

He holds certifications in Google Analytics, Digital Marketing from Google, Advanced Multivariate Data Analytics from IIM Visakhapatnam, Digital Marketing from IIT Kharagpur and FDPs from NIT Warangal and NIT Patna. He is proficient in advanced statistical and analytical tools, including SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS, PLS-SEM, CB-SEM, Power BI, Jamovi, NVivo, MS Office and R Studio, which enhances his expertise in data-driven research and decision-making with expertise in student mentoring, curriculum development, and industry collaboration.
