Dr. M. Thamizhselvi is a distinguished academician with over 13 years of experience in teaching, research and academic leadership. She holds a Ph.D in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and her academic qualifications also includes M.Com, MBA (Finance) and M.Phil. (Finance). In addition, she has earned a Master Diploma in Business Administration(MDBA) from the Career Development Foundation of India, affiliated with the University of Cambridge, and is qualified under the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (K-SET). To further enhance her financial expertise. Dr. Thamizhselvi completed a Diploma in Financial Modelling from NICT, Bangalore, focusing on applied tools for Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Her areas of specialization include Human Resource Management, Accounting and Finance.

She has contributed significantly to academic research, having participated in numerous national and international conferences and published papers in leading journals, including those indexed in Scopus, UGC Care and ABDC. Prior to joining NSB Bangalore, she served as the Head of the MBA Department at The Oxford College of Business Management, Bangalore, where she played a pivotal role in academic leadership and institutional development.
