Dr. K. Raghu Ram brings over 28 years of academic experience across India and Oman, underpinned by a distinctive blend of management and legal education — holding a Ph.D. in Business Management, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Laws (B.L.). His teaching spans Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, HRM, Labour Laws, and Business Laws, bringing a strong legal lens to management education.

He spent over 12 years internationally at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Salalah (Oman), where he headed the HRM section for 7+ years, and has served as Professor & Director and Head of Department at institutions affiliated to Osmania University. He is an approved Ph.D. Guide at Bangalore University.

His research focuses on Organizational Behaviour, Leadership Development, and Performance Appraisal Systems, with 15+ journal articles (Scopus/ABDC/WoS-indexed), a book, three book chapters (IGI Global, Springer), and conference presentations in India, the UAE, and Oman. He has led student Global Immersion Programs across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
