Dr. K. Raghu Ram holds Ph.D. in Business Management from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur (AP) and MBA from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad. He has nearly 25 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience. His areas of interest include General Management covering Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Business Laws and Labor Laws.

He has conducted many MDPs in Sultanate of Oman and developed institutional policies in the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Oman.

Dr. Raghu has authored a book titled “Management Behavioral Process” with ISBN 978-93-94689-56-5. He has also attended numerous Faculty Development Programs from premier management institutes in India, presented papers in National and International seminars/conferences, and published research papers in International Journals.
