Dr. B N Sivakumar was associated as a Professor and HoD in the MBA Department of Adhiyamaan College of Engineering (Autonomous) in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. He holds three PG degrees and an M.Phil. Degree. He completed his Doctoral Degree in the field of Management Science from Anna University, Chennai, in August 2012.

With 30 years of teaching and administrative experience, along with 20 years of research experience, his areas of interest include Human Resource Management and Training and Development. He has attended numerous Faculty Development Programs from premier management institutes in India, presented papers in National and International seminars/conferences, and published research papers in International Journals. Additionally, he has guided M.Phil. Scholars and is currently guiding Ph.D. scholars.

He served as a faculty member of the MS program at BITS Pilani for Ashok Leyland Senior level Managers and Managers, conducted by Ashok Leyland Management Development Centre in Hosur. He is a life member and has served as an Executive Committee Member of NHRD Network Hosur Chapter, a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education, and a member of the Indian Society for Training and Development.

Apart from his professional pursuits, his hobbies include reading personality development books and maintaining physical fitness.
