With a robust academic foundation comprising a Master’s in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from School of Commerce Jiwaji University Gwalior and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from University of Kashmir, he fortifies his scholarly pursuits and achieved his PhD at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore focusing on to know the impact of Employee Empowerment and Organizational Commitment on Business Performance.

Dr. Khan has served many Reputed Institutions like School of commerce Devi Ahilya University Indore, Prestige Institute of management and research Indore, Renaissance University Indore and Dr. Khan has Served Department of Higher education Jammu & Kashmir.

He had published more than 08 Research papers in various reputed (Scopus and UGC care listed) Journals and he has attended numerous seminars, National and International Conferences. He has attended many FDP’S conducted by various Top Rated Institutions across India like NIT Warangal, AICTE Delhi and Christian Eminent College, Indore. He has attended various Seven Days National workshops on Research Methodology for Social Sciences. Dr. Khan was one of the members of curriculum Revision at Devi Ahilya University Indore on 2018.
